I always wonder why carbs + fat kills. I know the science behind it. But if we dig deeper, I realize Lion does not eat carbs and fat together too. Or do they? Perhaps, let's think harder.

Eat Salad or Meat?
During lunch time, I had seen many that choose to eat lots of leaves, with little protein and oil. They call it healthy because it is low fat low protein aka zero red meat to them. But if we choose to eat like a herbivore or perhaps, like a cow, then we should be buying those salads and eat it under the Sun. This is what cow and lamb do.
If we buy a salad like this and eat it under indoor lights, then it is against mother nature.

Food Chain
The first question that many people ask when they want to embrace Carnivore way of eating is how do I start?
My first question to them is be clear where you want to be in the food chain. Be very crystal clear about it so that you will know how to eat.
What's in the picture: 246g of Waygu and 122g of Grass Fed Sirloin steak.

What is keto? What is carnivore?
Since the day I started with Low Carbs High Fat way of eating, I'm constantly been asked. What is Low Carbs High Fat? And what is Ketogenic diet? And what is Carnivore?
1) Based on the definition from dietdoctor, a Ketogenic diet will have carbs range of not more than 20g daily.
2) If you are on Low Carbs High Fat, the usual carbs intake may range between 20g to 50g per day.
3) If we are talking about carnivore way of eating, for example eating like a Lion, then it will be zero carbs high protein moderate fat.
I hope this explanation helps.
